Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were left immaculate by us, but they lacked a microwave or fridge. With two queen beds in a small space with thin walls, it was a bit cramped. The ongoing construction nearby and daily appearance of ants in the bathroom were also drawbacks. Moreover, the price seemed a bit steep for what was offered.
The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with a nice large bed, but there was construction noise. The service was friendly during check-in and check-out, although one staff member seemed sick. The location was pleasant enough for a walk to the city center, but there were some rowdy people nearby. The dining options were limited, but there was a nice breakfast place nearby. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
The hotel had clean rooms but gave off an old cheap vibe. The location was convenient, close to downtown State St, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. The dining options were limited, with only coffee and pastry available. The noise from surrounding rooms made for a restless night.
The hotel offers a nice and simple stay with a slightly outdated bathroom. The rooms were not fantastic for the price, but overall pleasant. The service was accommodating, but there were instances of delayed housekeeping and lack of privacy. The location is convenient with some noise, but parking is ample. The dining options nearby were good, and the facilities provided were satisfactory.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in for a long time. The service was top-notch, with attentive and gracious staff making my stay truly enjoyable. The location was perfect, with convenient access to public transportation and within walking distance to great restaurants. The dining options were limited, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, with a really comfortable bed and a nice balcony where I could relax and enjoy the pleasant Santa Barbara weather. However, the room wasn't ready until 4 pm, causing a bit of stress before heading to a wedding, as the cleaner was still finishing up and forgot to leave towels. The space felt a little small for four people but overall, it was a cozy experience.
